Our final Guatemalan destination. From the pretty town off Flores we took a day trip to Tikal. Avoiding the tour groups we set out with the Lonely Planet and our own fast pace to explore!
Amazing temples emerging through the canopy, incredibly tall and very impressive. Fun to see the Howler and Squirrel Monkeys moving about with Toucans and other birds making their presence known.

A fascinating place, really mystical deep in the rainforest. King Comb Double Moon clearly had taste and style choosing this place to settle!
