A desert oasis surrounded by sand dunes and nothing to do! A lovely two days, sunset on the dunes our first evening, and a lovely meal by the lagoon.
Day 2, we went on the dune buggy. A V8, 6 litre beast with lots of suspension for getting air off the top of dunes!
Also tried sand boarding, wooden planks with candle wax to reduce the friction. Similar to snowboarding just with softer and sandier landings!
A great couple of days, and a much needed rest from a hectic few weeks on the road!
