Also on Lake Titicaca but not nearly as nice, lake very manky here. They do however have genuine floating islands which were cool to see.
We did a home stay on Amatani Island, real local style, no hot water or toilets etc but a really good experience. We also got dressed up in all the local women’s clothing….big frilly skirts, floral shirts and elaborate throws etc (I secretly quite liked it!) the boys wore ponchos and we all had a big party!!
