Torres Del Paine - W Trek

The W Trek, 5 days, 4 nights! Decided to carry our kit and camp being self sufficient! A fantastic walk, about 90km in total. Patagonia is beautiful, winds that blow you over and flatten the tent, rain from nowhere, sunshine through the loads, rainbows, warm times, cold times and most of all good times!

Day 1 to Glacier Gray, so massive you can see it on the horizon, camped by the lake.

Day 2 to Valle des France, favourite camp by the river.

Day 3 into Valle des Frances, fantastic views and great rock formations. light rock is granite forcing older darker rock upward.

Day 4 long trek to Torres del Paines. Base of Torres Nort, Central and Sud.

Day 5 dawn ascent to viewpoint for sunrise, no sun though!! Then back down for transport back to Puerto Natales and some lovely fresh food.
